As a Line Cook, youll assist in creating menu items and ensuring guests are presented with a meal they cant receive elsewhere. What You'll Do
- Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
- Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
- Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
- Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
- Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations
Requirements
- 1+ years experience working as a line cook
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, open kitchen environment
- Experience working in a fine dining or upscale establishment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient knife skills
