Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Hydraulics / Electrical / Mechanical)

Location: Greeneville, TN

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $30.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across our Greeneville facility. The ideal candidate brings expertise in hydraulics, industrial electrical controls, and mechanical drive systems. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability.  

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility (stamping or metalworking preferred).

• Skills: Proficient in reading hydraulic schematics, electrical ladder logic, and mechanical blueprints.

• Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools (sockets, wrenches, meters, etc.) appropriate for industrial maintenance work.

• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, climb, and work in tight spaces as required.

Responsibilities

• Hydraulics & Pneumatics: Rebuild, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, power units, and pneumatic control systems.

• Electrical: Inspect, test, and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, control panels, relays, sensors, and basic PLC troubleshooting.

• Mechanical: Perform mechanical tear-downs, rebuilds, align machinery, and replace gearboxes, bearings, seals, sprockets, and drive components on stamping presses, grinders, and machining equipment.

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM routines to prevent unexpected equipment failure.

• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash, and internal safety protocols.
