Role Description This is a full‑time, commission‑only on‑site Salesperson role based in Overland Park, KS. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective business clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and networking, and present Kurre Consulting’s turnaround and restructuring services in a clear, compelling way. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with consulting teams to align solutions with client needs, and following up consistently to move opportunities through the sales cycle. The Salesperson will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, participate in sales meetings and planning, and represent the company at events and client visits to build strong, long‑term relationships. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in consulting, financial services, or professional services. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex business solutions in accessible terms. Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet or exceed revenue targets, and use CRM tools for tracking activities and outcomes. Solid understanding of business operations, cash flow, and basic financial concepts; experience with turnaround or restructuring environments is a plus. High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service focus, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on‑site in Overland Park, KS, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and adapt to changing client needs.
