Front Desk Attendant
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Attendant to be the welcoming face of our organization. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. If you are personable, organized, and customer-focused, we invite you to join our team and contribute to a welcoming environment.
Day Shift and some mid shifts required
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining front desk supplies
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and operational needs
- Support event setup and logistical arrangements as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
