Sales and Operations Specialist

This unique role blends outbound sales, lead generation, and hands-on operational support. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

• Prospect Research: Identify and research high-potential target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Outbound Campaigns: Execute multi-channel outbound outreach via email, phone, virtual conferencing and LinkedIn.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify incoming leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
• CRM Management: Maintain precise data, track activities, and update lead statuses within our CRM.

Sales Support

• List Building: Assist in building, segmenting, and managing strategic prospect lists.
• Relationship Nurturing: Follow up consistently with prospects to keep the Plenom solution top-of-mind.
• Strategy Collaboration: Brainstorm and refine outbound messaging tactics alongside leadership.

Operations & Fulfillment

• Order Fulfillment: Handle day-to-day physical logistics, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Inventory Control: Reporting inventory levels and coordinate incoming/outgoing freight logistics as necessary.
• Team Support: Provide general operational and administrative support to keep our small office running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive Drive: Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Outbound Comfort: Comfortable selling over phone calls/virtual meetings and executing cold outreach.
• Clear Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with sharp organizational habits.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with initiating follow up tasks and operational work.
• Adaptable Learner: Eager to acquire new skills, take on fresh responsibilities, and multitask in a small team setting.

Nice to Have

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with business software tools (Zoho CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Office, LinkedIn, Hunter.io, etc.).
• Relevant Experience: Prior background in business development, inside sales, or warehouse operations.
• Logistics Knowledge: Basic understanding of domestic and international shipping processes (UPS, Fedex, USPS, Stamps)
