Essential Responsibilities:

• Exhibit strong computer skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
• Provide courteous and professional telephone communication with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Operate front office equipment with confidence and accuracy.
• Maintain medical records in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes proficiently.
• Handle patient payments accurately and prepare deposits accordingly.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the practice.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, full-time (40 hours per week).
