Senior Living Advisor - Independent Living Sales & Tours

Bluestem Communities Management

Bluestem Communities is seeking a Senior Living Advisor for The Cedars in McPherson, KS to lead Independent Living sales, tours, and waitlist management.

You will partner with the Marketing and IL teams to drive occupancy and coordinate sales events while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering exceptional resident experiences in a full-time role with occasional evenings and weekends, and collaborate with community partners to promote Bluestem’s services.
