Machine Operator – Food Manufacturing

Portage, IN | $18.00–$19.00/hr | Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shift

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Portage, IN. This is a great opportunity for dependable workers looking for weekly pay, steady hours, and long-term employment.

Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd

What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor production and packaging machines
Perform basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting
Complete daily paperwork and production documentation
Perform routine machine cleaning and inspections
Maintain quality, safety, and production standards

What We’re Looking For:

Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (food production a plus)
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
