Surgical Nursing Position

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Nurse to join our team. This position is crucial in providing safe, high-quality patient care within our surgical service line. As a Surgical Nurse, you will be part of a highly skilled and certified healthcare team, committed to continuing the healing ministry and improving community health and well-being.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in surgical settings.
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Manage patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• Previous experience in surgical nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
