Billing Specialist

Graham Truck Centers is one of the region's premier commercial truck service operations, proudly serving Texas and Oklahoma since 1965. We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and high-energy Billing Specialist to join our team at our Sherman, Texas, location.
As a commercial tire operation, we perform critical services in-shop and roadside around the clock. The administrative hub of a fast-paced service business like ours can be chaotic-meaning you will navigate a high-volume, dynamic workload where priorities shift rapidly. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• High-Volume Data Entry: Transition technician initiated repair orders into our internal business system quickly and with a high rate of accuracy.
• Multi-Platform Billing: Learn, adapt to, and navigate multiple web-based national account tire billing platforms alongside our internal system.
• Proactive Communication: Reach out to commercial clients and store personnel daily via phone and email to resolve billing questions, confirm information, and ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain Process Organization: Keep digital records, workflows, and physical office work spaces meticulous and efficient.
• Adapt and Solve Problems: Take the initiative to troubleshoot billing discrepancies, follow through until issues are resolved, and flexibly jump into team tasks wherever needed.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience Baseline: At least 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment. Experience in a service business setting or knowledge of the transportation industry is highly preferred.
• Tech-Savvy Skillset: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and operate multiple web-based billing platforms simultaneously.
• Laser Focus & Detail-Oriented: An eagle eye for detail, structural process organization, and a willingness to follow complex billing instructions carefully.
• Communication & Etiquette: Exceptional written and oral communication skills coupled with professional, courteous phone etiquette.
• Character & Composure: A cheerful, team-oriented attitude with the maturity, honesty, and ethical judgment required to handle busy operational cycles calmly.
• Work Style: Able and willing to work independently as well as with the team, solve problems, and provide exceptional customer service to those within and outside our organization.
• Hiring Prerequisites: Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Position Schedule & Compensation

• Status: Full-Time, Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $20/hour
