About the Role
The Company is in search of an Investment Banking Vice President to play a key role in the execution of high-impact transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex financial models, conducting in-depth financial, operational, and strategic due diligence for M&A and investment opportunities, and supporting senior bankers in both live transactions and business development. The role also involves performing industry and market research to identify trends and support strategic recommendations. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 5 years' of relevant investment banking experience, with a background in industrials or business services sectors being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial modeling and valuation techniques, and must be either based in Richmond, VA, or open to relocation.
