About the Role

They should be adept at building structured, high-performing commercial organizations, with a focus on margin improvement, and possess the ability to lead experienced teams with credibility, accountability, and emotional intelligence. Global commercial leadership experience is preferred. The role also involves driving cross-functional collaboration, particularly in the areas of new product development and commercialization, and requires the candidate to have a strong market and growth strategy, with the ability to prioritize opportunities based on various market factors.
