The Turning Point is an award‑winning DAYTIME ONLY restaurant. With restaurant hours between 7:30 am to 3 pm, we offer our employees a better balance between work & life. About the Company Experience & Growth: 28 years in business with locations across NJ, PA, DE, FL, and VA. Professionalism: We find and train energetic, hard‑working individuals who may or may not have restaurant experience but have the desire to learn, lead and provide exceptional service. Gratitude: Appreciation via picnics, outings, paid days, workshops, gifts, birthday announcements, etc. Respect: Comprehensive managerial training; weekly follow‑ups with upper management and HR. Manager Responsibilities Daily management of 1 shift; no double shift required. No close/open shifts for managers. Work alongside FOH and BOH staff. Conduct one full inventory per period. Full transparency on financial performance for performance‑based compensation. Use of fully implemented technology solutions. Support & communication timely and helpful, respecting personal time. Relocation opportunities within operating states. Recruit exceptional team members. Ensure equity and equality for all. Provide growth opportunities for team members. Deliver the ideal Turning Point experience from start to finish. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (not required). Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team. Work effectively in partnerships. Professional verbal & written communication skills. Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude. Schedule Day shifts only. Available to work on holidays and weekends. Occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits. Supplemental Pay 13 performance‑based bonus payments.
