Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Crown Point, IN (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to serve as the primary contact for medical professionals in the Crown Point, Indiana territory, communicating clinical product knowledge and driving appropriate utilization while managing accounts and supporting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products and communicate benefits to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages, conduct educational programs, and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships by addressing needs, ensuring product access, and resolving reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory effectiveness, provide feedback on marketing strategy, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and sustain passion for products while serving patients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's with 3+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent with Associate's/high school diploma
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, bone health, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills with focus on sales outcomes
• Local market knowledge and adaptability with core competencies in sales planning, business acumen, and communication

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual salary
