What You’ll Do Preparing and cutting fresh fish to meet high-quality standards. Handling knives and other cutting tools with precision and care. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Assisting with inventory management and ensuring proper storage of seafood. Collaborating with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We’re Looking For Is comfortable working with knives and other cutting tools. Can lift over 50 lbs as part of the job requirements. Is at least 18 years old. Brings a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to the team. Has a passion for seafood and attention to detail. No prior experience? No problem!
