Responsibilities Asset Protection Security – Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, guidelines, and environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff. Monitors and maintains access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety – Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines and compliance. Supports implementation of relevant industry and OSHA guidelines. Conducts compliance, safety, and food safety audits; creates audit reports; manages emergency response personnel; and analyzes claims requiring settlement. Partnership Collaboration – Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement, and management. Owns delivery of project activities, supports process updates, solves simple business issues, and demonstrates functional knowledge of the supported business unit. Data and Digital Literacy – Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, governance, and digital applications. Gathers and interprets data, creates reports, reviews data across systems, applies quality checks, and suggests automation opportunities. EHS Training Delivery – Possesses knowledge of training development processes. Supports instructor activities, solicits feedback, utilizes training lifecycles, maintains training benchmarks, and explains processes to contractors. Influential Communication – Possesses knowledge of verbal and non‑verbal communication. Organizes thought, presents to partners, uses data to articulate results, listens actively, provides feedback, and builds a professional network. Process Improvement – Possesses knowledge of improvement strategies. Supports implementation, identifies gaps, suggests strategies, and leads investigations and root‑cause analysis. Environmental Protection – Possesses knowledge of environmental policies and regulations. Demonstrates compliance, redirects inquiries, implements policies, and promotes environmental issues within the organization. Operational Excellence – Possesses knowledge of operational processes, SOPs, and OBW. Explains functions, clarifies roles, describes interdependence, locates SOP/OBW information, and lists common tasks of operations functions. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year's work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security‑related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice). Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.
