The Role We're looking for a Senior Producer to join our NYC team in-office, reporting to our Head of Creative Production. This is the person who takes the craziest idea in the room and makes it real. On budget, on schedule, and fully permitted in three cities at once. You'll own production end-to-end. Bidding, boarding, crewing, permitting, contracting, shooting and delivering across stunts, campaigns, branded content and social. Loop's work moves fast and it lands in public, which means real permits, real talent agreements, real vendors and timelines that would make a traditional agency producer sweat. The upside is that the work is unlike anything else you'll produce this year. Two things matter more here than anywhere else you've worked. The first is that you get it done. Loop wins by shipping ideas other shops would talk themselves out of, usually at incredible speeds. We need a producer who moves, finds a path when the obvious one closes, and who doesn't need a perfect brief to start solving. The second is your rolodex. The best producers we know are only as fast as the people they can call. Crew, production partners, fabricators, location scouts, stunt coordinators, drone ops, animal handlers, permit expeditors, the guy who can weld something at 2am. If you can staff a shoot in a new city with three texts, that is the single most valuable thing you bring through the door. Please note all Loop roles require mandatory 4 days in office per week, working out of our DUMBO office in Brooklyn. What You'll Own The full production lifecycle across multiple concurrent projects. Concept through bid, prep, shoot, post, delivery, and wrap. Budgets from ballpark through actualization, including scoping ideas, overage flags and final wrap books. Master schedules that keep every party aligned. Creative, client, staff, production partners, vendors, talent, post and legal. SAG and non-union productions. Signatory paperwork, Taft-Hartley filings, session fees, usage, buyouts and knowing which structure a project actually needs before anyone signs anything. Triple-bidding, AICP, client budget reviews. Writing the spec and presenting a clear reasoning & recommendation. Producing across major US cities. Permitting, crewing up with established relationships, COIs, speciality approvals, management across parties & timezones. Contracting with production companies, vendors, crew and talent. Deal memos, releases, SOWs, NDAs, W9s and insurance requirements. Communication across every vendor and client team touching the job, while staying organized, on time, and on brief. What You'll Lead Production partner and vendor relationships. Selecting them, negotiating with them and holding them to the bid Day-to-day management of project teams on Loop jobs Client-facing production conversations. Walking a client through a bid, a schedule change or a feasibility question without losing the idea On-set leadership as the person accountable for safety, cost and the shot list actually getting shot The handoff into post, including edit, animation, sound and delivery specs across every platform the work ships to Loop's production standards. Templates, bid formats, vendor lists, insurance protocols and the process improvements that come from running a lot of jobs at once Partner With Creative: This is very important. At Loop, production is not a downstream function. Ideas arrive early and they arrive ambitious, which means the producer is in the room while the idea is still forming. You'll pressure test feasibility before a concept goes to a client, price it honestly, and find the version that keeps the stunt intact. Looking for a problem-solving producer who says "we can do that, and here's how" more often than "we can't." Qualifications 6-10+ years producing at a creative agency, production company or brand studio, with meaningful time in a senior producer seat Deep triple-bidding experience including AICP-style bids. You can build one, read one, and spot where one is padded Fluency across SAG and non-union productions, including signatory process, Taft-Hartley, session and usage structures and talent buyouts Hands-on permitting experience in major US cities. NYC, LA and the confidence to figure out a market you've never shot in Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, at different stages, without dropping a detail on any of them Strong contracting experience with contractors, vendors and talent, and comfort working alongside legal on the edge cases Excellent communication across vendor and client teams. You over-communicate on purpose and nobody is ever surprised Comfort with scope management in a fast-moving environment. Knowing how to define deliverables precisely and flag scope creep in real time A deep, current rolodex of crew, production partners and specialty vendors across multiple markets. People who pick up when you call and who do their best work for you A bias toward solving it rather than escalating it.
