Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist (Spanish)

Job Description The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #707308, located at 2805 Terry Road, Jackson, MS 39212. This is a part‑time position. The Wholesale Product Specialist works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role requires promptly resolving any customer concerns, ensuring maximum client satisfaction, staying up-to-date with product features, and maintaining high quality and visual standards of the products and store. This position consistently meets the store’s sales goals. Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures Maintain precise work order files and formulas Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications Clean store equipment Assist in making deliveries, as needed Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Suggest ways to improve sales Qualifications Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment Equal Employment Opportunity Sherwin‑Williams is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
