INEOS Inovyn is looking for a Business Controller – Hydrogen & Fixed Costs to play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering insights that make a real business impact. What you'll do Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for fixed costs across the whole of Inovyn. Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, HR and Commercial teams throughout Europe. Provide clear insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Be the financial business partner for our Hydrogen business Develop financial models and business cases for major hydrogen investment projects. What we're looking for A degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, complemented by a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar). At least 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or Finance within a multinational industrial environment. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP; experience with QlikSense is an advantage. A proactive and curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights. Why join INEOS Inovyn?
