Digital Content Coordinator

Love Advertising is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our digital experience team. As a Digital Content Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for populating, updating, and maintaining content across client websites. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and account teams to make sure copy, images, and page updates go live accurately and on schedule. This is a great entry point into digital and web work, with room to grow your skills across CMS platforms, basic web technologies, and agency workflows. Note: Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in our physical office. This is not a remote position. What You’ll Do Update website content, including copy, images, links, and metadata, primarily in WordPress Perform routine site updates, edits, and QA checks across client websites Format and structure content for readability, consistency, and on-brand presentation Upload and organize digital assets such as images, documents, and media files Proofread content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and adherence to brand and style guidelines Collaborate with designers and developers to implement content and layout changes Assist with basic SEO tasks, such as updating meta titles, descriptions, and alt text Help track and organize content requests, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects Learn and apply agency workflows and tools over time, growing into more technical responsibilities What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent written communication and proofreading skills Comfort learning new software and web-based tools Basic understanding of how websites are structured (pages, navigation, links) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and follow-through A collaborative, team-oriented mindset Nice to Have Some exposure to a CMS platform (WordPress or similar) Basic familiarity with HTML (able to read/edit simple tags) Exposure to design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Canva Coursework, internship, or project experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field Familiarity with Google Analytics or Google Workspace tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees 401(k) with employer match PTO includes Summer Fridays and a generous holiday calendar Love Advertising is an equal opportunity employer.
