What we need is the right person to actually capitalize on them. Someone who picks up the phone without being told to, follows up when it isn't convenient, listens to what a buyer actually wants instead of pushing what's easy, and stays with them through closing.

We're also looking for a team player. Our office runs more like a work family than a sales floor, and the people who do well here are the ones who pitch in, share what's working, and genuinely enjoy the people they work with. If you'd rather compete with your coworkers than root for them, this isn't the right fit.

$60,000 - $120,000 yearly

• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
• Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
• Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

• Facilitate the sale of residential real estate
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Maintain your Real Estate License
• No experience is required; willing to train the right person
• Detail-oriented and goal-driven
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team Player

• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• An established track record of successful real estate sales

• Must live within 1 hour of headquarters in Downtown Huntsville, AL
