Key Responsibilities

• Restaurant and Bar Operations
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple high-volume bars, restaurants, and live music venues
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and experience at all locations
  • Maintain operational standards for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate hospitality team members and management staff
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to uphold company standards
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Administrative Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience managing operations for high-volume bars, restaurants, or entertainment venues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work in a fast-paced, late-night environment
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hampton, VA

Schedule
Full time; must be available for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
