Unit Coordinator

Job TitleUnder direction of the CEA Level C, Program Budget Manager (PBM) and the Supervisor II, the Executive Assistant provides administrative and office support to the PBM. The position relieves the PBM of a variety of administrative responsibilities and provides assistance with confidential and sensitive departmental matters. Duties include providing administrative support to the professional staff within the PBM's unit, assisting with office management, and performing other related duties as required.You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement.
