Housing Stability Coordinator-Domestic Violence

Housing Visions is looking for great people to join our team! The Housing Stability Coordinator-Domestic Violence position is a full time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm, occasional nights and weekends at our Oswego office located at 68 W. 1st St. with travel throughout assigned portfolio. Salary range is $25-$28/hr.

The Housing Stability Coordinator supports individuals experiencing housing instability, with a primary focus on residents who have experienced victimization, including survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes. This role involves conducting trauma-informed assessments, developing individualized service plans, and delivering ongoing case management and advocacy to increase self-sufficiency and promote independent living. The Housing Stability Coordinator conducts safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to community-based resources. The overall goal is to support new or existing residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing and fostering a supportive environment which reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
