Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Senior HR Recruiter that will support professional and support level roles within the organization. In this role, you will perform a variety of professional and administrative human resource functions to create and sustain an actionable recruiting strategy to proactively build recruiting plans to address critical talent gaps. In addition, the Senior HR Recruiter will be conducting recruiting activities such as, but not limited to, advertising, attending or facilitating job fairs, sourcing high‑quality candidates through extensive networking, conducting in‑depth interviews, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle all while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a combination of relevant education and equivalent work experience in the Talent Acquisition space preferred 5+ years in full life‑cycle talent acquisition initiatives and processes with an emphasis in a healthcare setting preferred High School degree or equivalent required Excellent interpersonal, decision‑making, and communication skills Previous experience with conducting various types of interviews Extensive understanding of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems preferred Knowledge and Skills: Coordinating and executing recruitment functions to meet organizational needs with relevant partners to achieve performance goals Self‑motivated and results driven Benefits Join our Team!
