Job Description

This entry-level general production role offers hands-on manufacturing experience in a clean, safety-focused environment. You will support the production of precision components by operating basic machines, handling small parts, and performing inspections while following clear instructions and processes. Pay: $17.50/hr + overtime available

Shift: First (1st) shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Load and unload small parts safely and efficiently to support continuous production flow.
• Operate basic production and manufacturing machines after receiving training and guidance.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to perform general production, assembly, and packaging tasks.
• Inspect parts for quality, identifying defects or irregularities and reporting issues promptly.
• Follow simple, clearly defined instructions, procedures, and processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, sorting, and organizing components.
• Assist with cleanroom or clean-area production activities as required to support precision manufacturing.
• Package and pack finished products according to specifications and labeling requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and maintain high quality standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
