What You’ll Do As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll help prospective customers understand their risks, identify gaps in their protection, and make informed decisions for themselves and their families. Your responsibilities will include: Connect with prospective customers by phone, video, text, and email Ask thoughtful questions to understand customers' needs, goals, and concerns Recommend personalized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, disability, and related products Generate and follow up on leads from agency marketing, referrals, and other opportunities Proactively manage leads and follow‑up activity throughout the sales process Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication Maintain an organized sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM Participate in daily virtual huddles, coaching, sales training, and team development Ask for referrals and develop relationships that create future opportunities Take ownership of your activity, follow‑up, production, and results This is consultative selling, not high‑pressure sales . We focus on asking the right questions, educating customers, and helping them make informed decisions. What Success Looks Like Remote work requires accountability, consistency, and initiative. Previous sales, customer‑facing, business development, or relationship‑building experience is helpful, but we’re willing to invest in the right person who demonstrates the qualities we’re looking for.
