Remote People Ops & Talent Programs Coordinator

Milliman IntelliScript is seeking an HR/People Operations professional to support onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR data administration, and talent programs. You will partner with the People Team to scale processes while maintaining a high-quality employee experience and culture.
You'll manage onboarding, internal moves, and communications with candidates and partners, ensuring accurate records and compliant processes across the employee lifecycle.
