What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, including engine, electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and technology
• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality goals
• Document repairs accurately and completely
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and contribute to outstanding customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Flexible scheduling based on service department hours
• Rotating Saturdays
• Closed Sundays

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Honda experience
• Import vehicle experience
• ASE Certifications
• Previous dealership experience
• Advanced diagnostic training

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000+ annually based on experience, performance, productivity, and certifications.
