Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000+ Annual Earnings

Our Service Advisors enjoy a competitive compensation plan with expected annual earnings of $60,000-$90,000+, based on experience, performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Top performers have the opportunity to exceed the stated range through a strong customer-focused approach and effective service sales.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations
• Prepare estimates and explain services in a professional manner
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
• Provide timely updates throughout the service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction from check-in to vehicle delivery
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business

Requirements:

Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with exceptional customer service, sales, or hospitality experience.

Required Qualifications 

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Honda or import dealership experience preferred
• Experience with CDK and other dealership management systems is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services preferred
• Sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience a plus
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and recommend vehicle maintenance services
