We are hiring a salon manager who understands that great salons don't run on hope—they run on systems. We provide clear expectations, proven systems, leadership support, performance-based bonuses. Often ranked #1 in customer counts in market. Immediate customer base, guaranteed hourly wage + tips, 401k, PTO, discounts on products/tools, 10% commission on all products, sick and safe leave, employer paid health insurance. Wage + tips average $30-$39 per hour.
