We’re hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead construction sales, estimating, and project execution across Northern California.

Lead sales & project teams
Manage estimating, pricing & major bids
Drive growth, efficiency & project success
Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of construction experience
5+ years in leadership/management
Strong estimating experience preferred.
