Intake Coordinator

Intake Coordinator Position Type: Contract, Onsite. 10 Weeks Contract.Required:Experience using EpicExperience using Salesforce CRM.High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.Prior experience in healthcare, medical office, patient services, or intake coordination role.Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.Experience working with diverse patient populations and multicultural environments.Fluency in Arabic (speaking and writing). Arabic-speaking candidates will receive strong preference.SCHEDULE: M-F 8:30-5pmSkills & CompetenciesExceptional customer service and patient engagement skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.Responsibilities:Serves as a primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless intake and scheduling experience while coordinating essential administrative and clinical support functions.Answer and manage incoming patient phone calls, voicemails, and email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars.Collect, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation.Track referrals and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation.Monitor and respond to phone messages, patient communications, and email correspondence.Upload and manage patient images, records, and other clinical documentation within designated systems.Maintain accurate patient information and records.Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative teams to facilitate patient care.Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
