Resort Culinary Team hiring Line Cooks / Prep Cooks Prepare, plan, prep, organize the line setup and provide quality service in all areas of food production. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental and resort policies/procedures Ensure all prep work is maintained throughout shift Maintain excellent working knowledge of department menu items, ingredients and recipes Inspect the cleanliness and organization of the line and workstations; rectify any deficiencies; maintain through the shift Prep work on items needed for the particular menu of the day Organize all various prep items needed from different areas to ensure all items are in place and ready for service Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health department and Resort requirements Disinfect and sanitize cutting boards and worktables Assist with inventories as schedules Assist in plating Banquet hot meals as assigned Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule Perform duties in other areas of kitchen as assigned Seasonal position - $18.00 - $21.00/hour Paid Holidays / Sick Time 401k Eligibility Friends & Family Discount Associate Cafeteria Economical on-site housing - rent includes all utilities, internet & satellite Associate Clubhouse, Fitness Facility Noble House Hotels & Resorts are proud to encourage and support an environment where everyone can be a successful team member (come as they are) as their true authentic self.
