Technology Support Specialist

Job Title: Technology Support Specialist Duration: Contract - 10 months Job Description We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist I to join our on‑site technical support team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in audio‑visual systems and macOS support, conferencing room technologies, and ServiceNow ticket management and a proven ability to troubleshoot end‑user issues, maintain AV environments, and deliver white‑glove support. Responsibilities Provide on‑site support for users working on‑site, at client engagements, and off‑site as needed. Troubleshoot PC, Mac, application, audio‑visual, and network connectivity issues. Manage ServiceNow tickets, prioritize work, and meet SLAs. Support Windows and macOS operating systems and 365 applications. Deliver VIP/white‑glove support for executives and high‑priority users. Provide event and meeting support on‑site and off‑site, including AV setup and monitoring. Perform asset management, including shipping, receiving, tracking, and lifecycle management. Support printers, including installation, configuration, relocation, and troubleshooting. Provide remote hands for network operations, including port checks, cable tracing, reboots, and device upgrades. Travel occasionally to support other offices, client sites, or events; provide after‑hours support as required. Areas of Support Surface Hub: Configure display, audio, and network settings; reset or reconfigure devices as needed. Crestron: Resolve network connectivity, audio, and video issues; ensure proper device communication and configuration. Teams Rooms: Troubleshoot connectivity, touch panel responsiveness, meeting controls, and interface display. Support additional technologies: Condeco, Barco ClickShare, Pano, Polycom, and AV peripherals such as speakers, cameras, monitors, and kiosks. Qualifications 2+ years of on‑site technical support experience or a degree in a related discipline. Proficiency supporting Windows and macOS, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. Hands‑on experience with AV systems, conferencing room technologies, and networking fundamentals. ServiceNow ticket management and adherence to SLAs. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills with clear communication and teamwork. Preferred Skills Experience with Surface Hub, Crestron, Rooms, Barco ClickShare, Polycom, conferencing solutions. Event support and VIP/white‑glove service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
