Work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a) as part of a physician team with NPPA support. Manage an average of 65 encounters per day, including urgent and emergent cases. Perform bedside ultrasound and conscious sedation as needed. Collaborate with subspecialists (Seizures, Respiratory, Gastroenterology) for patient management.
