Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our dynamic team in Marshfield, WI. Must pass a drug screen & background check!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve machining processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC mill machinist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
