Senior Manager, A&D Security Operations

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead Acquisitions & Divestitures cybersecurity operations, overseeing portfolio execution, capability resourcing, and deal security engagement across global transactions. The role manages pre- and post-close security initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and delivers executive reporting on integration and divestiture progress.
Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close phases, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Support resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, and contractor coordination to scale cybersecurity capability
- Advance deal security initiatives through service awareness, community engagement, and consistent transaction participation
- Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance, risk posture, issue trends, and integration milestone progress
- Establish and improve A&D security processes, playbooks, templates, and operational maturity standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology operations, program management, or M&A transaction support
- Experience coordinating complex multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, and executive reporting
- Ability to translate cybersecurity and business requirements into actionable operational plans
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with integration, separation, or post-close transaction workstreams
