Senior Manager, Market Intelligence & Customer Insights

Baxter Advanced Surgery seeks a Senior Manager to lead market intelligence and competitive insights for the division. This role combines healthcare data analytics with strategic analysis to inform portfolio decisions, long-range planning, and executive leadership discussions across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead global market intelligence and competitive analysis across hemostats, sealants, and adhesion prevention categories
- Own annual market sizing, forecasting, and quarterly U.S. market reporting using multiple data sources
- Conduct Premier analytics to understand procedural trends, product utilization, and specialty dynamics
- Deliver biannual competitive landscape and market share analyses to inform strategic planning
- Support M&A and partnership evaluations through market sizing and scenario modeling
Requirements
- Experience with healthcare datasets such as Premier, SG2, IQVIA, or DRG claims data
- Advanced Excel modeling, forecasting, and market sizing capabilities
- Proficiency in SAS, R, SPSS, SQL, or Python
- Knowledge of medical coding, procedure-based analytics, and claims-level data
- Ability to translate complex analyses into clear strategic insights for executives
- Strong communication and presentation skills across functional teams
- Proactive, intellectually curious mindset with independent work capability
Compensation: $152,000-$209,000 base
