Senior Customer Solutions & Support Representative - Veterinary

Senior Customer Solutions & Support Representative role supporting Cencora's veterinary distribution services. Coordinates customer systems support activities, resolves complex cases, and manages operational quality and compliance documentation. Position is remote-based in Illinois with 8am-5pm shift.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily support activities including queue monitoring and work assignment balancing
- Resolve complex customer systems cases and escalate issues with supporting evidence
- Maintain accurate support records, logs, and case documentation for audit compliance
- Analyze recurring errors and implement corrective actions
- Prepare status reports and exception summaries for management review
Requirements
- 3+ years customer systems support, operations, or related field experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- IT service management, customer support, or CRM certification preferred
- Ability to monitor queues and balance work assignments
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
Compensation: $43,300 - $79,310
