Senior Coronary District Manager - Great Lakes

Medtronic seeks an experienced sales leader to manage coronary product revenue and market share across the Great Lakes district. The role involves building high-performing teams, executing strategic business plans, and fostering customer relationships while driving sales performance and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Conduct field visits and meetings to train team members on sales skills and product knowledge
- Direct, motivate, and provide ongoing coaching to sales personnel on performance and career development
- Manage district budgets, forecasts, inventory, and negotiate pricing and contract issues
- Recruit, interview, and hire top candidates while maintaining workplace diversity objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years medical sales experience and 2+ years sales leadership
- Advanced degree with 5+ years medical sales experience and 2+ years sales leadership
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance for state of residency
- Ability to travel extensively by car and plane throughout assigned territory
- Experience in pacing or stent products and interventional cardiology preferred
- Sales and personnel management experience preferred
