EMS Dispatch & Communications Specialist

Northwell Health is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medical Dispatcher to answer requests for ambulance services and enter them into the dispatch system using MPDS/ProQA protocols. You will coordinate with field units under guidelines, prioritize calls, and provide pre-arrival instructions. The role requires a NYS EMT certification and CPR certification, with 1–3 years of technical experience and a High School Diploma.
