The Opportunity Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and engaging Daytime Group Facilitator to join their clinical team in Walpole, MA. What You'll Do Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills-based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence Apply trauma-informed and person-centered approaches throughout all group sessions Support clients navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (required) Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills-based formats Familiarity with the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered treatment approaches Benefits Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation: $100 per group facilitated Part-time facilitators typically lead an average of 7 groups per week, depending on company needs, while full-time facilitators lead an average of 14-15 groups per week.
