Personal Training Manager: Lead Team & Revenue Growth

Life Time Inc.

Life Time Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a dynamic Personal Training Manager to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and oversee Life Time Training revenue streams. You will supervise hiring, manage 15-50 trainers, and drive key initiatives while ensuring Core 3 Method education. You will coach Trainers to meet revenue and session goals, oversee payroll within budget, and maintain excellent member experiences on the fitness floor.
