The Customer Service Representative supports customers through phone, email, and chat, providing helpful assistance with orders, resolving issues, and addressing complaints. The role uses Outlook, Microsoft tools, Excel, CRM platforms, and contact center software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with order-related questions and requests.
- Handle complaints and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
- Document customer interactions using CRM and contact center software.
- Use Outlook, Microsoft tools, and Excel to support daily customer service activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with contact center software.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
