Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled tractor/trailer mechanic. From beginners to seasoned leaders, each technician plays an integral role in keeping America’s freight moving forward and has the opportunity to expand their diesel mechanic knowledge and grow with PAM. Pay and Schedule Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay range: $24–$28 per hour depending on experience Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) PTO Other voluntary benefits Responsibilities Perform accident damage repairs and preventive maintenance on trailers Conduct aluminum and steel welding Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks on trailers Document and maintain accurate equipment records Replace trailer panels and sheet metal as needed Repair wood and metal flooring in trailers Qualifications Minimum one year of trailer or mechanical experience Ability to repair brake systems and axles on trailers Strong mechanical and technical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Own basic hand and power tools EEO Statement The company will provide reasonable accommodations to employees who require them to perform the essential functions of their job to the extent it does not impose an undue hardship or create a risk of harm.
