About this opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated skilled tractor/trailer mechanic. From beginners to skilled leaders, each technician will be an integral part of keeping America’s freight moving forward. This is a great opportunity to expand your diesel mechanic knowledge and grow with PAM! Pay and Schedule · Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm · The pay range is $24-$28/hour depending on experience. Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K PTO Other Voluntary Benefits How will you contribute to the success of the team? · Perform accident damage repairs and PM maintenance on trailers. · Perform aluminum and steel welding. · Perform various maintenance on repair tasks on trailers. · Properly document and maintain records of equipment. · Replace trailer panels and sheet metal. · Repair wood/metal flooring in trailers. What makes you a strong candidate for this position? · Minimum one year on trailer/mechanical experience. · Repair brake system and axels on trailers. · Strong mechanical and technical skills. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Own basic tools.
