About the Hilton Bloomington The Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington is a fullservice, highvolume hotel serving both corporate and leisure demand in a prime location within the Minneapolis metro. With 256 guestrooms, multiple venue offerings including the signature Bloomington ChopHouse, Olive Lounge, onsite Starbucks Grab & Go and proximity to the Mall of America and downtown Minneapolis, the hotel operates as a wellrounded asset with diverse revenue streams. What you will be doing Champion the hotel's strategic vision and drive its execution through innovative planning and decisive leadership. Foster a culture of excellence by empowering associates to deliver outstanding guest service and personalized care. Serve as an active community partner, enhancing the hotel's presence and impact within the local area. Ensure financial performance by delivering accurate forecasts and making timely staffing and operational adjustments. Lead revenue-generating initiatives and adapt quickly to market trends by guiding Commercial Team efforts. Engage directly in sales efforts through property tours, presentations, and client meetings to support business growth. Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and retention of top talent across all departments. Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, cultivating a respectful and productive work environment.
