Data Management Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Management Analyst will verify and maintain the accuracy of complex ownership and franchise data within a customized Salesforce environment, processing property onboarding cases and supporting owner account reviews. Key responsibilities Process property onboarding cases by reviewing franchise handoff applications and legal documentation to confirm ownership details Research and verify corporate and franchise ownership structures to ensure data completeness and accuracy Support Primary Owner Account reviews and update records for legal amendments reflecting changes in ownership Required qualifications Strong research instincts with a curiosity for untangling complex ownership structures High attention to detail and discipline for maintaining accuracy in repetitive tasks Comfort with learning and navigating a customized CRM environment; prior Salesforce experience is a plus Working proficiency in Excel Ability to manage a high volume of casework with competing priorities Virtual Vocations Inc
