Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated ICU Registered Nurses to join our team at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. The ideal candidate will have prior ICU experience, hold current certifications, and possess excellent critical thinking and patient care skills. This position requires flexibility to work shifts from 6:45pm to 7:15am. Certifications required upon hire include BLS, ACLS, and applicable state license. Candidates must demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS, ACLS certifications required upon hire
• Minimum of experience with direct patient care in an ICU setting
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills

Additional Notes:

• RTO request limit: 3 days
• No block scheduling
• Shift: 6:45pm-7:15am
• Certifications not in hand must be noted in the packet, willingness to obtain is required
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system preferred
